BOOKING POLICY
Reservations are non-transferable
Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
Rates may be subject to change without notice. Rates are in Canadian funds, subject to a provincial accommodation tax of %5.
A thorough cleaning is done after every stay but guests are responsible to restore the cabin at the end of your stay to be the same as when guests arrived to the cabin.
In the event that the cabin is not in its normal state after your stay, we will charge additional fees for damage, items missing, smoke damage and clean up inside or outside the cabin. Additional cleaning charges can be up to $150.00 and smoke/smoking related damage is $300.00 minimum. Additional claims may be pursued against the guest(s) if fire and damages are caused by your actions or negligence.
Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.
Payment is required in full at check-in with cash, credit card or Interac/debit only.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% rental rate is required at the time of booking
Deposits are accepted by Visa, MasterCard, or e-transfer
E-TRANSFER POLICY
If a deposit is done by e-transfer we require:
Credit Card on file (MC/Visa), OR the full reservation amount is due at time of booking and $250.00 security deposit at check-in.
E-transfers are accepted at: pspapillon@gmail.com.
Use the password “farmhouse”.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received 7 days or more prior to check-in, the deposit is refunded, less a $10.00 service charge.
Cancellation received between 7 days and 2 days prior to check-in, deposit is forfeit.
Cancellation received up to 48 hours prior to check-in or no show, remainder of reservation charged to the credit card on file.
GUEST POLICY
Smoking or fire of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the barn loft. (This includes candles, pipes, lamps and all use of fire). Battery operated candles and tea light votives have been provided as an alternative.
Barn Loft facilities are for the use of Registered Guest Only. You may invite up to two guests to visit, but they cannot stay overnight.
Visitors may not arrive earlier than 10:00 am and must depart no later than 11:00 pm.
You will be responsible for the conduct of your guests.
To ensure your privacy, please let us know if you will be having visitors.
Only registered overnight guests are permitted to use the barn loft equipment and facilities.
PET POLICY
There is an additional $25.00 fee for pets, per stay
Dogs must be potty trained to go outside, without exception. Any soiled floor or damage to bedding or furniture caused by the dog will result in additional charges.
Pets must be supervised at all times; they are not to be left alone in the cabin or tied to the deck area. You must bring a kennel if the pet will be left alone within the cabin for any length of time.
Please do not let your pets bark excessively inside or out of the cabins.
You must clean up and pick up after your pet inside the cabin and on property grounds (bring “poop” bags).
Used bags should be double bagged and may be disposed of in the main garbage can on the outside of the cabin.
Pets must stay off of the beds, couches and/or furniture. Any damages to the furniture will result in an additional charge to the guest responsible for the rental. Any linens or towels that are damaged due to excess hair, dirt or any kind of damage will result in an additional charge to replace each item.
Pets are not permitted in the sinks or shower. A water tap is located on the outside of the main house for rinsing pets off (if required).
Please know that the renters may be subject to additional charges after the cabin is inspected for any damages or additional clean up. All charges will be paid in advance and invoiced to the guest once repairs or replacements have been installed or completed and guest will be not be permitted Pet Policy privileges during future stays.
Management reserves the right to amend policies to ensure the safe operation of the barn loft facilities.
